On 1 March, the coordinating teachers of the eTwinning project ''Let's Be Well Together!'' from Poland, Romania and Turkey met online to review the attainment of the project goals, effectively track progress and identify weaknesses and areas for improvement, making sure that the international project stays aligned with its intended outcomes.
The two project founders took some time to acknowledge and celebrate the successes and achievements already made by each partner school towards the project goals - especially in terms of international collaboration - as recognizing accomplishments is one of the best ways to boost team morale and motivation.
We also tried to provide a clear and transparent assessment of the project's progress towards its goals, including some of the challenges and proposed solutions.
An essential topic on the meeting agenda was the criteria for eTwinning Quality Labels.
