Mihai Eminescu - 15/01/1850: Rise of a Morning Star, Birth of a Nation's Bard, Perpetuity of a Beloved Poetic Genius and One of the Last Romantic Voices

«Mihai Eminescu - 15/01/1850: Rise of a Morning Star, Birth of a Nation's Bard, Perpetuity of a Beloved Poetic Genius and One of the Last Romantic Voices» was an eTwinning event dedicated to Mihai Eminescu - his life, work and legacy, which welcomed all those who cherish his remarkable talent, outstanding creativity and inestimable contribution to world literature and cultural heritage.

The international event hosted by Liceul Teoretic “Radu Vlădescu” on the eTwinning platform, attracted the interest of more than 100 participants from 17 countries: Albania, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Bulgaria, Croatia, Greece, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Republic of Moldova, Romania, Serbia, Spain, Tunisia, Turkey and  Ukraine and both participation and feedback were highly appreciated.

The event showcased the main activities and interactive resources of an interdisciplinary lesson dedicated to the celebration of Mihai Eminescu's birthday, a lesson created collaboratively and innovatively by two eTwinning teachers - a teacher of Romanian (Mrs. Adelaida Iorga) and a teacher of English (Mrs. Emilia Frînculeasă) together with their sophomore students enrolled in the humanities class at Liceul Teoretic “Radu Vlădescu”, an eTwinning School 2020-2021.
