On 13 September 2024, the teachers implementing the eTwinning project ''Digital Explorers and Promoters of Cultural Heritage'' met online to get to know each other better, set up the project calendar and share the main responsibilities.
First of all, the teachers introduced themselves and expressed their hopes and expectations, then the work process, the main key-competences to be improved as well as the expected results of the partnerships were discussed in detail.
Second of all, the teachers involved in the project agreed to follow the GDPR, copyright, eSafety, and all the other eTwinning netiquette rules, including the requirement for Parental Consent Forms, ensuring compliance with all necessary legal and ethical guidelines.
Last but not least, the initial evaluation questionnaires (for students and teachers) were shared so that they could be completed by the end of the month, as well as the template for the collaborative Canva presentation of the project participants.
The online meeting of the project team concluded successfully, with all the participants actively engaged and all the key objectives achieved. Clear action points were agreed upon, fostering collaboration and alignment on the main project goals. The meeting facilitated both the communication within the team and the collaboration process between the partner schools, ensuring that everyone is well-informed and prepared for the next steps leading to a successful educational partnership.
