Here are the results of the initial Mentimeter survey conducted between 27 September and 11 October 2023, aiming at identifying the main problems in all our school communities. A number of 345 project participants from 10 schools located in 3 countries - Poland, Romania and Turkey - selected 3 aspects affecting their well-being at school and the final results are as follows:
1) emotional challenges (stress, sadness, anger, anxiety, depression) - 229 votes;
2) low self-esteem, self-acceptance and negative body image - 107 votes;
3) indiscipline and lack of focus and motivation - 98 votes;
4) peer pressure and competition - 97 votes;
5) lack of interest in well-being and mental health - 88 votes;
6) bullying, conflicts and violence - 81 votes;
7) technology addiction - 81 votes;
8) unhappy relationships (Teacher-Student, Student-Student) - 79 votes;
9) risky behaviours and unhealthy habits - 72 votes;
10) lack of individual support and opportunities - 37 votes;
