The eTwinning project "Focus on Europe"- the interviews conducted by the Romanian students

In January 2021, the 5 Romanian students involved in the eTwinning project "Focus on Europe" conducted interviews with their grandparents. The aim of this task was to explore how a better European community can be built, by benefitting from the experiences,  hopes and fears of the elderly and by reflecting, together, on what can be learned from the past, the present, from different generations and what we could all do together for a better future. Here are the questions they asked:

Q1: When and where were you born?

Q2: What do you like most of all about our country?

Q3: What do you think about when you hear the word ”Europe”?

Q4: Have you ever travelled abroad? If YES, where, when and what was the purpose of your visit?

Q5: What do you think is the most important historical event you have witnessed so far? Why?

Q6: What is your opinion about Romania’s status as a member of the European Union?

Q7: What do you appreciate the most about your life now, especially in contrast with your childhood?

Q8: What life advice do you have for the younger generations of Europeans?

Q9: What are your wishes for the members of the eTwinning project ”Focus on Europe”?

Thank you very much for your participation in the interview!
